5 Steps To Stick To An Exercise Routine?
1- Find out why you keep pushing exercise aside and be honest to yourself. If you know the reason, you can find the solution that works for you!
2- If TIME is an issue, sit and organise your week in advance, schedule a realistic time frame and then look for a form of exercise that you enjoy; find an option that fits your needs, have everything ready and when the time comes do not think about it, just do it.
3- Find a PLACE where you feel listened to, understood and where you feel you are part of. The sense of belonging will increase your chances of doing it more.
4- You may feel that you are NOT STRONG ENOUGH or as strong as you used to be; remember you don't need to be fit/ strong to exercise; you are actually exercising to get stronger.
5- Define A SHORT TERM GOAL and an exercise routine that directs you towards that goal. Learn what you need to do to achieve that goal.
