Are you looking for a space to hold your next class or event? At Beattie Street Studio located on level 1, we offer a creative space that is available for hire.

Our upstairs studio is bathed in natural light, with ample space for classes, workshops, film, photography or space to launch your latest product, a gallery or a speaking event.

Natural elements such as timber with white-washed wood floors enhance the feeling of light and openness—a shared space to gather with clients and colleagues or elevate your business event.

We offer the studio for dry-hire at half or full-day rates. Including bump in timeframes.

We can equip the space with chairs, and tea and coffee facilities, or you can book it empty and open.

  • The main room is 72 m2 in total with 50 M2 of usable floor space.

    The light-filled space is temperature-controlled, has dimmable lighting, and has a separate private entry. There is dedicated reception desk for, displays, welcome and entry registration.

    Additional breakout spaces can also be booked, along with a full kitchen facility, and a sunny outdoor deck.

  • Minimum hire is 3 Hours and increases in 30-minute increments up to Half Day ( morning or afternoon) or full day.

    Please note rental timeframes include total time on site including bump-in and bump-out times.

    Room must be left as found, other than small incidental rubbish must be removed, including catering leftovers, cardboard boxes, flowers and props.
