Sarah is a dual-qualified psychotherapist and osteopath with a comprehensive evidence-informed understanding of the mind-body connection for the treatment of chronic pain, somatic therapies, trauma, and stress. Primarily working as a therapist, she'll help you to work on anxiety, stress, trauma, and chronic pain, by helping you to feel more comfortable in your body, reduce pain and tension, and learn strategies to process trauma, stress, and pain. With her background as an osteopath, she may work hands-on with you in some sessions to support the body in releasing tension, and reducing pain and stiffness.

About Sarah

Sarah graduated with a master's degree from the British School of Osteopathy in London before moving to Australia in 2015. Here in Sydney, she completed a second master's degree - her Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy. Sarah has a particular interest in the mind-body connection and helps people with chronic pain, trauma, stress, and general mental health care with an emphasis on childhood trauma. Her approach establishes a safe space before delving into your concerns.

Psychotherapy & Counselling

  • Psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that allows trauma recovery by identifying unhelpful beliefs and feelings, establishing safety in mind and body, and reducing stress, anxiety, and other negative feelings.

  • Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

  • Pricing. $165

    We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
    If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.

    We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, allowing us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for care.

    If less than 24 hours’ notice is given and we are unable to fill your appointment time, the session will be considered “attended” and cannot be rescheduled, as it has cost us that time.  The cost of the appointment will be invoiced for payment. 

    In exceptional circumstances, a one-time waiver may be granted, allowing you to reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Osteopathy is a holistic body-focused form of healthcare, exploring the root causes of pain, tension, and stiffness to achieve lasting results. Osteopaths may liaise with your GP for investigations, diagnoses, and request medical imaging if required.
