Full Moon Reset
Spinal Energetics & Transformational Breathwork
-
If you are someone who tends to the deeper layers of yourself — who knows that the body speaks, and that real change happens beneath the surface — this evening was made for you.
Under the full moon, we gather to release what the body has been quietly holding.
Through Spinal Energetics and Transformational Breathwork, we work with the body's own intelligence to create a genuine, felt reset from the inside out.
It is a dedicated evening of space, presence, and deep energetic renewal.

Melinda Webb - Spinal Energetics Level 2 · Dr Joe Dispenza Health Practitioner Melinda has spent nearly two decades working with the body's innate capacity to reset. Trained in Spinal Energetics to Level 2 and as one of a small number of Dr Joe Dispenza's certified health practitioners in the world, she understands — deeply — how the body stores experience and how it can let it go. In her hands you are completely held, and completely free to surrender to the process.
Natalia Yusenis - Clinical RTT Hypnotherapist, Mindset Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. Natalia works where the conscious mind runs out of answers. As a hypnotherapist and breathwork facilitator, she works with both both mind and body and guides people into the deeper layers of themselves — the subconscious patterns, the held breath, the places words don't reach. Her sessions are immersive, often surprising, and quietly life-changing.

Breathwork, Acupressure & Bodywork for Labour and Birth
With Melinda Webb
A two-hour immersive workshop is designed to support you and your partner in preparing for birth through breath, touch, and body awareness.
Held at Beattie Street Health Studio, this class offers practical, grounded tools to help you move through pregnancy and into labour with greater calm, connection, and confidence.
If you have attended a hospital antenatal class, or are working with a private midwife, birthing at home or simply feel you would like more support for yourself and your birthing partner, this class is for you.
This offering is designed to fill the gaps.
It brings together what is often missing, how to apply the tools in real time, how to work together as a team, and how to create meaningful change within the birth space using simple, effective techniques.

Melinda Webb is a Dr Chinese Medicine, founder of Beattie Street Health, with advanced training alongside Dr Joe Dispenza, as a health practitioner and trainer.
This unique integration of Eastern medicine and neuroscience brings a deeper understanding of how the brain, body, and nervous system influence the experience of labour and birth.
Melinda has been a birth doula since 2008 and an antenatal educator since 2009. She taught Calmbirth for over 10 years, supporting hundreds of people and their partners through pregnancy and birth.
During her time as a Calmbirth educator, Melinda also trained other Calmbirth educators in the use of acupressure for labour and birth.
This class is the evolution of that work, bringing together everything she has learned and refining it into what is most essential.
What remains are the tools that truly make a difference:
Breath
Touch
Awareness
Partner connection
-
Guided techniques rooted in Buteyko principles to regulate the nervous system, reduce tension, and support oxygenation for both mother and baby. The breath becomes a tool to shift internal chemistry and create calm within the body.
-
Partners learn key acupressure points for pain relief, encouraging labour progression, and reducing anxiety. Touch becomes a language of confidence and connection.
-
Gentle, practical techniques to move with the body during labour, supporting flow, reducing resistance, and enhancing comfort through awareness and ease.
-
Ideal from 30 weeks onwards
