Full Moon Breathwork: Release, Reset & Rise

With Natalia Yusenis — Clinical Hypnotherapist and Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator

Date: Sunday, 31 May

Time: 4:00pm – 5:30pm

Tickets: $78

Join Natalia for a guided Full Moon Transformational Breathwork journey designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, body awareness, and inner clarity.

This session is for you if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally full, disconnected from yourself, or ready to release old energy, stress, tension, or self-doubt.

This is not a meditation session. We will use Transformational Breathwork, a powerful conscious connected breathing technique, to help you move beyond the busy thinking mind and into a deeper relationship with your body.

No breathwork experience is needed. You’ll be guided throughout in a trauma-informed, supportive, and intimate small-group space.

Held under the energy of the Full Moon, this evening is an opportunity to work with your breath, your body, and the natural rhythm of release: creating space to reset, reconnect, and call in what you’re ready for next.

Breathwork and Acupressure for Labour and Birth

With Melinda Webb

A two-hour immersive workshop is designed to support you and your partner in preparing for birth through breath, touch, and body awareness.

Held at Beattie Street Health Studio, this class offers practical, grounded tools to help you move through pregnancy and into labour with greater calm, connection, and confidence.

If you have attended a hospital antenatal class, or are working with a private midwife, birthing at home or simply feel you would like more support for yourself and your birthing partner, this class is for you.

This offering is designed to fill the gaps.

It brings together what is often missing, how to apply the tools in real time, how to work together as a team to create meaningful change within the birth space using simple, effective techniques.

  • Melinda Webb is a Dr Chinese Medicine, founder of Beattie Street Health, with advanced training alongside Dr Joe Dispenza, as a health practitioner and trainer.

This unique integration of Eastern medicine and neuroscience brings a deeper understanding of how the brain, body, and nervous system influence the experience of labour and birth.

Melinda has been a birth doula since 2008 and an antenatal educator since 2009. She taught Calmbirth for over 10 years, supporting hundreds of people and their partners through pregnancy and birth.

During her time as a Calmbirth educator, Melinda also trained other Calmbirth educators in the use of acupressure for labour and birth.

This class is the evolution of that work, bringing together everything she has learned and refining it into what is most essential.

What remains are the tools that truly make a difference:

    • Breath

    • Touch

    • Awareness

    • Partner connection

  • Guided techniques rooted in Buteyko principles to regulate the nervous system, reduce tension, and support oxygenation for both mother and baby. The breath becomes a tool to shift internal chemistry and create calm within the body.

  • Partners learn key acupressure points for pain relief, encouraging labour progression, and reducing anxiety. Touch becomes a language of confidence and connection.

  • Gentle, practical techniques to move with the body during labour, connecting the breath and utalizing acupressure, supporting flow, reducing resistance, and enhancing comfort through awareness and ease.

  • Ideal from 30 weeks onwards

    $220 - Birthing person + partner

  • No refund within 1–2 weeks, except:

    • Medical reasons

    • Early birth / complications

The Positive Birth Class

With Lucy Carroll - Endorsed Midwife, Antenatal Educator

An immersive one-day experience designed to prepare your body, mind for birth.

However your birth unfolds, Lucy honours the process with respect and care, recognising strength in understanding rather than fear.

She supports both the birthing woman and her partner to feel calm, informed, and steady, able to meet each moment of labour with clarity and confidence.

Your investment includes both you and your support person, attending together. Birth is a shared experience, and your partner is welcomed as an integral part of that journey

  • Lucy Carroll is an endorsed midwife and birth educator, and founder of Birth & Beyond Education, with over 15 years’ experience supporting women and families through pregnancy, labour, and birth.

A former Calmbirth educator, who combines practical, evidence-based knowledge with calm, grounded preparation.

Through this collaboration with Beattie Street, Lucy offers clear, honest education that supports both women and their partners to feel informed, steady, and deeply connected as they move toward birth and into early parenthood.

  • Throughout the day, you will:

    • Preparing for the final weeks of pregnancy – what’s normal, what’s not, and how to get ready physically + mentally

Stages of labour – from early labour through to birth and everything in between

Coping strategies & comfort techniques – all the non-medical options available

Pain relief options – every medical option explained, including what works best and when

Induction of labour – what it involves, why it may be offered, and how to prepare

Instrumental and caesarean births – clear, evidence-based information on why these happen and what to expect

Creating your birth space – setting intentions and making it calm, supportive, and personal

Support person’s role – practical ways your partner can be involved and confident (not a bystander)

Mindset matters – how to reduce fear and embrace the amazing work your body is doing

Packing your hospital bag – what you really need and what you can leave at home

      Lucy’s non-negotiable purchases – what’s worth buying and what’s not

  • You’ll leave feeling informed, connected, and deeply prepared — ready to meet your baby with familiarity rather than fear.

This experience is not only about birth itself, but about preparing for the profound transition into parenthood, with tools you can continue to use well beyond the birthing room.

If you choose — or need — a caesarean birth, you will be equally prepared, supported, and educated.
