Melinda has personally and professionally used Dr Joe’s work since 2015, weaving these principles into her clinical practice, breathwork, and transformational programs. What we offer here is grounded in lived experience, not theory alone.
Melinda’s Inner Health Practitioner Pathway
Melinda is one of Dr Joe’s certified Inner Health Practitioner, trained to integrate Dr Joe Dispenza’s work into clinical and therapeutic settings.
Her background in Chinese medicine, breath work, and nervous system regulation allows her to translate complex neuroscience into grounded, embodied practice—meeting people exactly where they are.
She is currently completing her Neuro Change Solutions Training – Change Your Mind, Create New Results, a professional pathway developed to train facilitators in delivering this work within:

The heart is the union of polarities; dualities ... where opposites meet. It’s the center of the magnet. When the heart center is activated, it’s a different consciousness. This is the center where the divine is born in us. And the signature of the divine is wholeness.
If the heart is the center of wholeness, then from this consciousness, there’s no lack or separation. There’s no duality or polarity. No analytical mind. And if there’s no lack; if there’s wholeness; then we feel fulfilled. We experience the power of the heart. And that power ... is love.

By its very nature, giving embodies love and wholeness. The simple act of giving releases a “feel-good” hormone called oxytocin, which causes a physiological and chemical chain reaction that ultimately engorges the arteries that lead to the heart. Once that happens, the heart is awakened and activated.
This short, 17-minute meditation will help you tune in to a heart-centered feeling of divine wholeness – and then, from that place of fulfillment, cultivate the feelings that allow you to open your heart to others. You’ll be moved to bond and create connection – to commune; to relate; to give.
When others feel loved – when they feel your love – there is no greater gift you can offer. To give to another soul only for love, in a sense, is to give them the gift of life.

During this meditation, you’ll learn how to change your energy and thus move to that greater level of awareness, so you can step from your current personal reality – or box – and enter a new dimension. Once you become conscious of a new reality, where the problem no longer exists, you can tune in to its frequency in Time-Space, where infinite possibilities exist … and create a new personal reality.
Where you place your attention is where you place your energy … and by placing your attention and energy in a reality where your current problem no longer exists, your body should follow your mind right to that future. This walking meditation will help you will move the creative energy from the first energy center to your fourth. You will finish the meditation by lying down where you will engage a breathing technique to oxygenate your brain in order to move into the theta brainwave state.

The purpose of the standing/walking meditation is to practice embodying the energy of a new future with your eyes open. By repeatedly practicing your walking meditation you can become a new personality by thinking, acting, and feeling differently, which then creates a new personal reality.
You will start this walking meditation standing still and tuning into your first energy center. Then you will move that creative energy from the first energy center to your fourth and fully open your heart. Next, you will be instructed to activate your sixth energy center by moving that same energy into your brain.
You will then walk as your future self with these three energy centers open and activated.
