4 reasons to love this green juice:

  1. Nutrient rich: Leafy greens such as kale and spinach are packed full of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, folate, vitamin K and potassium. They are also a source of antioxidants which fight free radical damage in the body.

  2. Detoxifying and cleansing: Chlorophyll is found in green fruit and vegetables and not only gives them their characteristic colour, but it also has strong anti-inflammatory properties and nourishes the blood. Celery is a natural diuretic which can support the body's detoxification processes including removing metabolic wastes and toxins.

  3. Gut friendly: Bromelain is a natural occurring enzyme found in pineapple which helps support the breakdown and digestion of proteins in the digestive system. Ginger is another gut loving herb known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties. It also assists in stimulating peristalsis, the natural movement of the gut therefore improving digestive function.

  4. Anti-inflammatory: Green vegetables are more alkaline in nature and can therefore help balance the body's pH levels to support optimal health and reduce inflammation.
