How often have you been with someone who only sought to make a change once a crisis occurred? We tend to change when faced with a crisis, be it emotional or physical pain. When everything seems fine, there's little motivation for change unless we actively seek change in our lives. Shifting your state of being allows you to shift your outcome. Changing your level of consciousness is where you sit in your daily life.
For those dealing with chronic physical or emotional pain, or living or working with someone content in their current environment that is causing you pain, this can be a dilemma. The desire to give up may arise, but the outcome is not what the heart desires. How can change happen when the pain is already enough, and feel they don’t have the capacity to take on change?
By shifting to a different mindset, your state of being. Where you become greater than their environment. Stepping out of your comfort zone and letting go of old experiences, behaviours, and thoughts allows for new choices, experiences, and emotions, a new state of being. It's an evolution—a loop of new emotions, feelings, and thoughts.
For some, life can feel chaotic, making it overwhelming to consider anything new. Challenges from others can create stress, leading to conflict and resistance, leaving one feeling exhausted and chaotic at the end of the day. This can result in a range of emotions from anxiety to feeling victimised.
Creating a sense of calm amidst unhappy realities can be achieved by changing how you connect and communicate with those in your environment can have a positive impact. It is about thinking greater than your environment. When you think and feel the same you remain in the same environment.
You create your environment, by creating better relationships, you can help others change how they react without triggering pain. Don't allow pain to build up, holding you back from change. Move out of the loop of automatic pilot thinking and feeling, and take a moment of awareness to create change in your environment, a new state of being. Moving away from old familiar thoughts, choices, actions, and feelings can lead to experiencing and feeling new ways, creating new energy.
