One Nectar Yoga
With Elsa Geelan & Aimee Pedersen
One Nectar at Beattie Street Health Studio
One Nectar’s vision is to offer practices that emphasise the entire system, going beyond physical postures to explore healing, connection, and awakening for our community.
One Nectar Yoga was founded by Aimee Pedersen and Elsa Geelan, two devoted yoga philosophy enthusiasts committed to sharing their passion with their students.
Rooted in the same lineage, the name One Nectar symbolises the essence of all teachings on this path: the one Consciousness, Energy, and Love that interweaves through all beings—and our awareness of that presence through the journey of yoga.

Aimee Pedersen is a yoga teacher, storyteller and lover of all things Ayurveda. Aimee’s greatest joy is to draw from the magic and wisdom of ancient traditions and bring them to life in others. Lover of Goddess and her wild and potent ways, Aimee feels ever guided by her Shakti. The Great Divine Feminine has ushered her to her purpose and passion which is to grow from the bedrock of her own experience and weave the wisdom learned, and power embodied, into the sacred work of holding space for others.
Aimee’s classes are supported by the powerful lineages of her teachers, Tara Judelle, Mark Breadner and Christopher Wallis. Each teacher has gifted her with the power to self-guide and self-govern, and she is forever interested in paying that forward to her students.
Inspired by the teachings and practices of Saiva Tantra, Aimee’s relationship with yoga has taught her to take time, even when things are hellish, to pause, soften and delight in being. This practice gave her back her childlike wonderment and brought forth a desire to do this life with all of the love and power available to her as an individual. Aimee is passionate about gifting this journey that will bring others to that place of self-empowerment and joy, too.
Aimee’s life path has led her here… to be a seeker of truth, and a maker of change.

With a decade of dedicated practice and teaching, Elsa brings a rich blend of experience and creativity to her yoga classes. Her yoga journey began ten years ago, and since then, she has immersed herself in the transformative world of yoga, focusing on the yogic teachings and the profound connection between breath and movement.
Elsa's teaching is characterized by her love of the yogic philosophy, innovative sequencing and deep emphasis on breathwork. She believes that the breath is the key to unlocking the full potential of each practice, guiding students to explore their limits while maintaining a mindful connection to their bodies. Her classes are designed to be both invigorating and meditative, offering a space where creativity and mindfulness harmoniously intersect.

A vinyasa-style practice interweaved with pranayama, meditation and dharma talk. Using creative posture sequence that builds strength and balance, each practice will be devoted to building the light, our divine source energy, within our subtle bodies. We will usher ourselves back into our sacred architecture to experience the liberation that comes from being internally rather than externally referenced.
-
Step into the flow state and rest in the ground of being! In this practice, we slow it down and focus on nourishing the nervous system, which pours forth and feeds and supports all of the systems of our body/mind. The tempo and sweetness of this class invite us into the Tantric practice of “taking delight” and honouring that pleasure is, indeed, sacred.
-
This class bridges yin and yang as we touch into both aspects of ourselves. The fire of yang ignites the energy system and our passion and determination to execute our life purpose. The yin brings the stillness, calm and receivership, which is the medicine for modern living. In this class, you will taste each expression within the container of your body and how they support each other in exquisite divine polarity!

This practice is an offering. The intention is to create space and stillness so we can, as a community, build the beauty of that offering together. This class is sacred time with self to drop into the stillness that is so needed on the planet. Through practice, ritual and intention, we become the change we want to see.
