Engaging the mindbody with a combination of yoga, meditation, and acupuncture anchoring you back into the feeling of calm. Slowing the mind back to how we think is how we feel. Quieting the mind is quieting the body from the flight and fright into the growth, healing and creative mode.
What to expect:
You will be guided through a nurturing yin yoga practice and restorative meditation, finishing with calming and supportive acupuncture leaving you stress free and deeply relaxed.
Each class will be unique, with different meridians and acupuncture points chosen to nourish the mind, body and spirit.
