Resonance Yoga is an incredibly generous, restorative, and revitalising practice for your body, mind, emotions, energy, and soul. It nourishes the connections of wholeness, clarity, and expansion, supporting you to regulate your nervous system, build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence within.

In each class, we weave together movement/asana, rejuvenating breath, mudra, micro-movement, stillness, organic movement, mantra (vocal vibration), rhythm, and meditation, invigorating the flow of life force and awakening the innate wisdom that lives within your whole being. From stillness to dynamic, each practice fortifies, strengthens, and nourishes your overall resonance—opening the meridians (energy channels), clearing blockages, and activating the body’s self-healing capacities.
This practice is a technology of wholeness, awakening the inner guidance and vitality needed to live with presence, grace, and purpose. Through consistent application of Resonance Yoga, you’ll organically begin to experience more radiance, resilience, unity, and intuitive clarity in your life. It raises you above limitation and returns you to a state of inner leadership and empowered alignment.
Resonance Yoga blends elements from Shakti Naam Yoga, Sukshma Vyayama, Kundalini Tantra, Hatha, Yin, mantra meditation, and is informed by Anastasia’s decades of experience in energetic bodywork, and kriya-based practice. While the approach draws from rich traditions, it is not locked into any fixed form, allowing the practice to remain fluid, relevant, and responsive to the evolving needs of these times.
Created and facilitated by Anastasia Williams, this body of work is the culmination of over 30 years of personal study and 20+ years of teaching. It is an offering that meets the moment, supporting you to live more consciously, courageously, and in alignment with your soul’s desires.
