Watermelon Mojito Mocktail

Fresh, hydrating and quietly celebratory, this Watermelon Mojito Mocktail is our go-to for warm days, slow afternoons, or when you want something special without the alcohol. Watermelon does the heavy lifting here.

Naturally sweet, mineral-rich and deeply refreshing. While lime and mint bring that familiar mojito lift.

A pinch of sea salt pulls everything together and helps replenish electrolytes, making this just as restorative as it is delicious.

Perfect as a mid-afternoon refresher, a post-beach drink, or something to share with friends when you want to keep things light.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml fresh lime juice

  • 300 g cubed seedless watermelon

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)

  • 175 ml sparkling water

  • Ice

  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Add the watermelon, lime juice and a small pinch of sea salt to a blender. Blend until smooth, then set aside.

  2. Divide the mint leaves between two glasses and gently muddle to release their essential oils.

  3. Fill each glass with ice.

  4. Pour over the blended watermelon mixture and top with sparkling water.

  5. Garnish with lime slices, watermelon triangles and fresh mint.

Makes 2 mocktails — easy to double or triple when friends are over

Enjoy!
