Parents and Babes Yoga

Beattie Street Health Studio parents and bubs yoga classes are specifically designed to support you beyond your pregnancy and parenting journey. Our classes provide a safe and nurturing environment to learn and practice yoga and engage in gentle exercises that promote physical and emotional wellbeing.

The classes create a supportive community where you can connect with others. This sense of community provides an opportunity for sharing, learning, and building relationships.

Yoga helps improve your strength, flexibility, and posture, which can alleviate common discomforts, such as back pain, muscle tension, and fatigue. We incorporate relaxation techniques, breathwork, and meditation can help reduce stress and anxiety. The classes allow you to connect with your baby through mindful movement and breathwork.

It is important to always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. Your healthcare provider can provide specific guidance based on your health and any specific considerations or restrictions.

Parents and Babes is for 1 hour, from 11 am - 12 pm on a Friday.

All equipment is supplied. Please bring water, a swaddle or a baby blanket for your baby to lie on.
